Dopegirl Clothing Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dopegirl Clothing! We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Processing & Handling Times

 Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and packed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before being handed over to the carrier.

 Custom & Made-to-Order Drops: Please allow 7–10 business days for custom or print-on-demand items to be processed before shipment.

 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

 Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.

 Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

 Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier info.

 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website after receiving your shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

 Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dopegirl Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

 Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, Dopegirl Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 If your package is delayed or marked delivered but missing, please check around your residence and contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly with your tracking number to open an inquiry.

6. International Shipping (Optional)

 We currently ship [Nationwide / Internationally].

 For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customizing Options:

 Processing Speed: If you print/heat-press in-house and can ship faster (e.g., 1–3 days), you can easily update the timeline.

 Free Shipping Threshold: If you offer free shipping over a certain order amount (e.g., "Free Shipping on orders over $100"), we can add a banner line at the top.
